r-tec Accessories

Overview

The r-tec accessory portfolio is the complementary product range of the motor + control board main products. It includes the safety, command, signal and sensor devices that are supplied mandatorily or optionally in the site installation. All accessories have been tested to be fully compatible with the r-tec motor + control board family; project-based packaging requests can be taken from our dealers.

Accessory categories

1. Photocells (safety)

Optical safety devices that prevent the risk of trapping in the door closing direction:

• BT180 standard photocell — Transmitter + receiver pair mounted on the wall or column.
• BT180 battery photocell — Battery-powered version for sites where cabling cannot be run.
• MF-A photocell — High durability for industrial environments.
• IR20 — Compact indoor photocell.
• IR-14 infrared presence sensor — Approaching vehicle/pedestrian detection for automatic opening.

2. Remote + receiver (remote control)

• Electronic remote controls — 2-4 button, 433 MHz rolling code (modern security standard).
• Function selector remote — Multiple doors + multiple modes through a single remote.
• RF433-S receiver board — Fits into the G24 modular board slot, remote recognition capacity 2,000 – 240,000.

3. Flasher + warning lamp

• AFLA 230-24 flasher — Both 230 V AC and 24 V DC drive support; warning LED during barrier/door movement.
• Beacon lamp — High visibility + audible warning.
• Traffic light board (with G24-FLA/E module) — Red/green stop-go signal.

4. Sensor + safety

• Hand sensor — Touch-free hygienic door opening (hospital, food facility).
• Electromechanical lock — 12-24 VDC, automatic locking when the motor reaches the closing direction.
• PIN access — Keypad entry panel, PIN code for door opening.
• Electronic safety and warning system — Multi-channel safety strip + button combination.
• Battery kit — 24 V 7-12 Ah battery + charger board, operational continuity during power outages.
• Loop detector — Underground-embedded wire loop, automatic opening with vehicle detection.

Kit packages

Our dealers offer the following standard kit packages with project quotes:

• Barrier kit — DINAMIX/DinamixBar motor + photocell + boom + reflector label + fork foot.
• Sectional kit — Industrial or garage sectional motor + control + photocell + remote.
• Swing gate kit — Single/double-leaf swing motor + G24 board + photocell + flasher.
• Gate automation kit — Sliding motor + control + remote + safety set.
• Car park + gate automation package — Integrated solution for multi-door facilities.

Brand compatibility

r-tec accessories are fully compatible with the r-tec by Alkur product family; in addition, they work integratedly with other Alkur Kapı Sistemleri products (NORMTOR sectional motor, ALKUR HPVC motor, NORMDOCK dock leveler) through r-tec control boards. Third-party motor + r-tec accessory combinations are not supported; our dealers verify compatibility during the site survey.

Field discipline

• The accessory selection must be compatible with the motor or barrier control board used. Obtain configuration confirmation from our dealers before the project.
• Voltage compatibility — 12 V / 24 V / 230 V options are available in every accessory category; must match the output voltage of the control board.
• IP protection class — IP44 and above for outdoor application; IP20 sufficient for indoor (lobby, warehouse).
• 433 MHz rolling code — Modern security standard; old fixed-code remotes can be cloned; in the change to rolling code, all remotes are re-introduced.
