As Alkur Kapı Sistemleri A.Ş., our core principle is to offer the most appropriate cost and superior level of quality in production to our customers, to ensure the satisfaction of our employees alongside unconditional customer satisfaction, to give importance to training activities with the aim of increasing personnel development and efficiency, and to ensure the development of our quality system and product quality with the principle of continuous improvement.
Our implementation principles
While carrying out all these activities, we;
- Set quality targets and follow them systematically,
- Carry out production fully compliant with legal regulations, statutes and standards,
- Act with a high level of environmental protection awareness, minimising natural resource use and other impacts on the environment,
- Continuously improve occupational safety practices that protect personnel health and safety,
- Identify risks and opportunities that may affect the conformity of our products and services, creating and disseminating continuous development projects.
These principles are not a statement of intent but a measured part of daily operations: every target is assigned an owner and a metric, and progress is reviewed periodically.
Our reference standards — ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001
We use the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System standards as our guide; we benefit from measurement and improvement tools accepted worldwide. We systematically operate internal audit, management review, and corrective and preventive action mechanisms.
When a non-conformity is detected, we run the root-cause analysis → action → effectiveness verification loop, confirming at the next audit that the measure taken is permanent. Our management systems remain under independent oversight through an annual surveillance audit and a three-year re-certification cycle. Our certification and audit processes cover the entire operational chain — from product development to after-sales support.
Certification and independent audit
Our quality commitment is not limited to a declaration; it is verified by independent bodies. At management-system level we hold ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001 certificates; at product level, EN 13241-1 conformity (wind/water/thermal classes for sectional doors) and TÜV NORD and TÜV AUSTRIA certificates. For export and public procurement, our EAC (Eurasian conformity), Yerli Malı (domestic-goods) and TSE Service Competency certificates document our production discipline as supply chains and tender committees expect. Scope of the policy
This policy applies to all of the following processes: design, procurement, production, installation and after-sales support. It covers the production and service processes of ALKUR HPVC, r-tec automation, NORMPANEL panels and accessories, NORMTOR sectional doors and NORMDOCK loading systems product ranges. All production is carried out at our Hendek/Sakarya facility.
Suppliers and business partners
We prioritise the criteria of quality, delivery reliability and regulatory compliance in procurement and external services. New suppliers pass a pre-assessment before onboarding; for critical items we apply sample approval, on-site audit where needed, and regular performance monitoring. Long-term partnerships are supported by a culture of joint development and transparent feedback.
Review and communication
The policy is reviewed by management at least once a year or upon strategic, organisational or regulatory changes. The review evaluates the achievement of quality targets, audit findings and the effectiveness of corrective actions. The current version is published on our corporate website; it is shared with all relevant suppliers, dealers and business partners.
