Alkur is a B2B manufacturer; all sales, product supply and after-sales processes are handled through dealers, distributors and business partners. Alkur does not sell products or provide services or technical support directly to end users. On-site surveys, installation, maintenance and repair are carried out by the authorised technical teams running each project. If you are an end user, please first contact the partner dealer that installed your system, then, if needed, our partners in your city, district, region or country. Alkur supports those teams on the manufacturer side with technical documentation, parts-compatibility guidance and spare-parts supply; requests requiring manufacturer assessment are forwarded through the dealer, distributor or business partner.

Practical value of the certificate

Service competence certificates may be requested as evidence in public and private-sector specifications. This expired copy is retained only for historical verification; a valid certificate must be confirmed separately in TSE records for any current submission.

Archive and source boundary

The published file is only page 1 of TÜV NORD CERT Technical Report No. 10 325 380263-001. The cover states that the complete report contains 13 pages; the remaining 12 pages containing any performance results are not in this archive. The file is therefore not presented as a current product certificate or performance evidence for the whole HPVC family.
