Alkur Kapı Sistemleri A.Ş. was founded in İstanbul in 1993. Today, at our head office in Ataşehir and our 5,000 m² manufacturing plant in Hendek/Sakarya, we manage our design, engineering, production and service processes from a single source. We offer our rapid PVC doors directly under ALKUR, our panel and accessory portfolio under NORMPANEL, our sectional doors under NORMTOR and our loading systems under the NORMDOCK commercial brands. Our automation and control product portfolio is offered under the separate r-tec brand identity and is evaluated together with our other products in customer projects.

General Manager's Message
ALKUR is an organization with its head office in Ataşehir/İstanbul that has been operating in industrial and garage door systems, panel manufacturing, loading equipment and automation since 1993. Our production is carried out at our 5,000 m² facility in Hendek/Sakarya.
Setting out with the slogan "Doors Opening to the Future", our company has always placed quality at the forefront and made it a principle to offer the best to its customers under suitable conditions.
We manufacture our garage door panels and roll-form profiles at our own production facility; we source aluminum and EPDM components from our domestic suppliers, and the remaining equipment from our international business partners. We offer our HPVC, panel, sectional door and loading system products under the ALKUR, NORMPANEL, NORMTOR and NORMDOCK commercial brands; and our automation and control portfolio under the r-tec brand. All brands are manufactured by Alkur Kapı Sistemleri A.Ş.
Our customer references — composed of reputable companies across Turkey — are an indicator of how realistic our medium and long-term strategies are. We have been pursuing our export program since 2006, delivering our production primarily to Europe, nearby geographies and global markets.

Timeline (1993 – 2024)

Hendek 5,000 m² factory + TÜV NORD HPVC + R+T Stuttgart
On 29.10.2009 our 5,000 m² factory in Hendek, Sakarya became operational. The first TÜV NORD certified high-speed PVC door production took place at Alkur. The company took part in R+T Stuttgart, one of the sector's leading international fairs.
Our founder
Reha Kurtuluş and a vision devoted to manufacturing
Behind Alkur's journey — from distributor to fully domestic manufacturer — stands a founder who has upheld the same principle since 1993: bringing quality and control into the company's own engineering discipline.
Reha Kurtuluş founded Alkur Kapı Sistemleri in İstanbul in 1993. He brought the engineering mindset of his civil engineering studies at METU to a Turkish industrial-door market that at the time relied largely on imports, positioning the company first as a distributor of global brands and then as a manufacturer producing its own doors.
Kurtuluş's defining strategic decision was localization. After seeing the limits of distribution — where quality control is not in your own hands — he moved production to Turkey step by step: fully domestic-panel sectional doors (NORMTOR) in 2005, the first high-speed PVC door in 2008, and the manufacturing plant in Hendek/Sakarya in 2009 became the milestones of this vision.
With the r-tec brand he founded in 2012, he began developing automation and control electronics in-house as well; in 2015 he ended the foreign distributorships and concentrated his team entirely on domestic production. This accumulated know-how grew into a product family spanning control boards, motors and EV charging units. A member of the Kolejli İş İnsanları Derneği (Association of Collegiate Businesspeople), Reha Kurtuluş continues to represent the company at trade fairs in Turkey and abroad.
