Overview

r-tec barrier systems are used to control vehicle flow at car park, factory entrance, logistics terminal, shopping centre and estate entry-exits. Three product families are offered as nine models: standard Dinamix, LED-bar premium DinamixBar, and wall-mounted DinamixBar WM 3000. All models share 230 VAC input + 24 VDC brushless motor + 190 W power; the differentiation lies in boom length (from 3.25 m to 7.25 m), opening time and visual hardware.

Family comparison

Dinamix series (4000 / 5000 / 6000 / 7000) — The standard line of the industrial barrier solution. Single-mode flasher on the top cover, RAL 7015 grey or RAL 2004 orange body + white hard plastic top cover. Long-lasting stainless steel reducer suitable for heavy use.

DinamixBar series (4000 / 5000 / 6000 / 7000) — Premium variant. 24 V LED strip on the lower seal of the boom + red/green multi-mode traffic light integration on the top cover. Aesthetic accent with RAL 9006 grey top cover. 10–12% faster opening (3.5–5 s range) compared to standard Dinamix.

DinamixBar WM 3000 — Wall-mounted (Wall Mount) single variant. Does not require a column; the barrier boom extends horizontally from the wall. For narrow entrances, side corridor applications and aesthetically-prioritised indoor spaces. Can also be positioned as a sliding garden gate motor (G24 control board multi-product platform).

Telescopic boom (6 and 7 metre variants)

The boom is telescopic on Dinamix 6000–7000 and DinamixBar 6000–7000 models. A static 7-metre single-piece boom creates significant difficulty in storage + transport + field balance; the telescopic version extends and locks during installation. A 1.25 m extension at full boom length (e.g. 7.25 m actual = 6 m barrier + 1.25 m extension) is the standard application.

Smart access integration (KGS / OGS)

Thanks to the Open and Close dry contacts on the control board, it works together with the following systems:

  • KGS — Card access system (car park, closed estate, corporate entrance).
  • OGS — Automatic access system (highway toll booth, parking meter, plate reading).
  • Smart card systems — RFID, fingerprint reader, plate recognition cameras.
  • Remote control — 433 MHz rolling-code receiver (standard mode 2,000 copies, common mode 240,000 copies).
  • Synchronised double barrier — Highway entry + exit parallel two barriers synchronised through a single board.

Safety and continuity

  • Trap detection: When an object/vehicle is detected in the closing direction, the barrier stops and reverses to the opening direction. On detection in the opening direction, the barrier boom stops immediately.
  • Soft start / soft stop: Protected against hard impacts, extends the life of the mechanical parts.
  • Photocell + glass fuse + current control circuit: Triple protection protects the motor and board from overload.
  • Battery charger board (optional): Access control continues uninterrupted during power outages. Critical for logistics terminals, hospital car parks and airport applications.
  • Manual intervention: The barrier body is equipped for manual boom opening during power outage.

Archived document records and evidence boundary

GAC-352/25 is an Attestation of Conformity / third-party conformity attestation issued on 13 January 2025 and expired on 12 January 2026. Its exact model list is: DinamixBar 7000, DinamixBar 6000, DinamixBar 5000, DinamixBar 4000, Dinamix 7000, Dinamix 6000, Dinamix 5000, Dinamix 4000 and DinamixBarWM. The record does not name WM 3000, so no document-based mapping is made between DinamixBarWM and WM 3000.

This record is not a CE declaration of conformity or a CE certificate, and it does not show that a production assessment was performed. It states that the CE declaration of conformity is to be completed separately by the manufacturer.

SATSO / TOBB Domestic Product record 20221188100199 identifies the product as BARRIER, the models as Dinamix 6000, Dinamix 5000, Dinamix 4000, Dinamix Bar 6000, Dinamix Bar 5000 and Dinamix Bar 4000, and the domestic contribution rate as 100%. It was valid from 8 September 2022 to 8 September 2023 and is now an archive record; it does not add the 7000 or WM models to its scope.

Neither expired record is evidence of current certification. The exact name, equipment and current manufacturer conformity file for the proposed model are verified separately for each project.

Target projects

  • Shopping centre and plaza car parks
  • Logistics terminals and cargo distribution centres
  • Factory and industrial facility entry-exits
  • Closed estate, residence and plaza entrances
  • Highway toll booths and special road control points
  • Airport, hospital and other 24/7 operation points (with battery charger board)

Selecting the right model

Boom length is selected according to the opening: for single-lane transits up to 4 m, Dinamix 4000 or DinamixBar 4000, for 5-6 m wide lanes 5000 or 6000 (telescopic), for full double lane or vehicle+pedestrian combinations 7000 is recommended. In aesthetic-priority projects (lobby, corporate entrance), the DinamixBar family stands out with LED bar transition; in standard industrial applications Dinamix offers a simple profile. In narrow transits without room for column installation, WM 3000 provides control from the wall. Reach out to our dealers for a detailed assessment and quotation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Below we've compiled the most common questions and answers regarding this product.

  • What is the difference between r-tec DINAMIX 4/5/6/7 and DinamixBar?

DINAMIX 4/5/6/7 is a barrier family designed for different lane widths with 4 m, 5 m, 6 m and 7 m arm lengths respectively. All work with a common 230 V supply, 24 V control and ~190 W motor power. DinamixBar 4/5/6/7 maintains the same length range while adding an integrated LED bar on the arm — preferred at parking lots and complex entrances where nighttime visibility and premium presentation are desired. WM 3000 is a wall-mounted compact variant complementing the family. Archived GAC-352/25 is a third-party attestation dated 13 January 2025–12 January 2026; its exact model list contains DinamixBarWM, not WM 3000. The current manufacturer's CE declaration for the proposed model is verified separately.

  • How is barrier arm length (3-7 m) selected for a project?

First, the lane width to be closed is measured, and barrier arm length is determined with an approximate 10-15% tolerance; for example, DINAMIX 5 (5 m arm) is suitable for a 4.5 m single lane. For two-lane or wide parking entrances, models with 6-7 m arms (DINAMIX 6/7 or DinamixBar 6/7) are recommended. In facilities with high cycles per hour, the motor class and mechanical wear limit are also checked. For heavy traffic, induction loop detectors and a safety photocell on the opposite lane are planned together.

  • DINAMIX barrier arm does not rise

Possible causes: main fuse tripped, remote or manual button connection broken, motor thermal protection active (after heavy use), induction loop detector continuously detecting vehicle (blocking closure), motor coupling or belt breakage. Initial intervention: check the panel fuse, verify that the manual button is connected to the terminal on the board, if there is an induction loop, check for metal pieces (pallet, plate) along the lane. Belt breakage is a matter for authorized service; the use of the manual lock key for mechanical opening is described in the model's guide.
