r-tec SIRIUS 10024 TCE-C is named in a sectional industrial door motor sheet. Its table gives 380 V input, 100 N·m capacity, 0.37 kW motor power and 24 cm/sec speed. The speed is the value printed in the sheet, not a promised opening time for an installed door.

Mechanical features

The sheet lists an electronic limit switch, shaft drive and manual operation via a chain mechanism. This short document does not itemise kit contents, specify a door size or name a compatible controller.

Project matching

Direct GIGA Sedo or I-380 pairing, suitability for a Full Vision door and fixed site-maintenance intervals are not established by this motor sheet. Confirm the board, door geometry, safety devices and manual-operation procedure against full installation documents.

The English TCE-C sheet adds a ø25.4 mm shaft bore, IP54, S2 20% duty designation, 120 °C thermal-protection temperature and <55 dB noise figure to the main motor table. It also has a “no-load run time 25” line without a clear unit. That number must not be converted into a guaranteed operating duration. These extra values belong to the TCE-C document; they do not automatically describe the standard TCE or the assembled door. Check the offered motor’s marking and sheet revision.

The standard SIRIUS 10024 TCE sheet also gives 100 Nm, 0.37 kW and 24 cm/s. Matching headline values do not establish interchangeability of components or electrical connections. Nor does “operator kit” prove that every shipment contains the same controller and accessories. A replacement project must check the shaft, mounting brackets, side clearance, supply and safety devices together. The electronic limit-setting procedure and safe chain-operated release must come from the complete instructions for the delivered system.
