Overview
KING 2000 takes the same 220 V AC sliding family up to its 2,000 kg class, the heavy-segment member of the range. With its 400 W motor it shares the same motor class as KING 1000; the difference is not in power but in the maximum door weight it can carry (2,000 kg instead of 1,000 kg). The same 10 kg motor body is used, so site installation is identical to KING 1000 (shared hole template + connection plan).

KING 1000 vs KING 2000 — segment difference
| KING 1000 | KING 2000 | |
|---|---|---|
| Motor power | 400 W | 400 W |
| Max. door weight | 1,000 kg | 2,000 kg |
| Speed | 16 cm/s | 16 cm/s |
| Current | 1.3 A | 1.3 A |
| Body + weight | Same (10 kg) | Same (10 kg) |
| Market segment | Residential + office | Plaza + campus + medium industry |
→ The only difference is the maximum door weight; both models operate in the 1,000-1,200 kg range, and for heavy doors KING 2000 is recommended (higher door-weight class, wider margin).
Target projects
- Plaza and office campus vehicle entry-exit (high-frequency)
- Medium-segment industrial facility main entrance
- Shopping centre car park vehicle lanes (side entrance)
- Logistics warehouse vehicle entry control points (1,500-2,000 kg heavy doors)
Field discipline
The same field discipline as KING 1000 applies. In addition:
- Heavy door rails should be steel + 5 mm or more thick; thin rails bend and the motor is strained.
- Limit switch buffer of 10 cm is recommended (5-10 cm is sufficient on KING 1000); on heavy-momentum doors the braking distance grows.
- The electronic brake trimpot must be adjusted according to the door weight — do not start by copying the KING 1000 setting, KING 2000 must be calibrated to the site.
Model notes
Read the product family warnings and brake / limit settings before installation. Detailed connection schematic and torque table are in the technical PDF.
