Model and technical table
COUPER 24 is a 24 V DC operator for swing gates. Page 2 of its model-specific Turkish technical PDF lists a maximum 2 m leaf length, 250 kg gate weight and 85 W motor power. The same table gives 1.3 / 1.6 cm/s speed values, motor dimensions of 100 × 104 × 780 mm, 6 kg motor weight, IP44 and an operating range of −20 °C to +50 °C. These are the limits in this model table; confirm the actual leaf and mounting conditions separately.
Document revision and mechanism
An older 2017 family technical table prints 80 W for COUPER, while the model-specific COUPER 24 manual prints 85 W. This page uses the model-specific value without treating the documents as the same revision. The manual cover and text do not identify a two-piece articulated-arm mechanism for this motor. Accordingly, arm type, required mounting clearance and 90° / 100° / 110° opening-angle choices are not presented here as established product features. The PDF also has no A–E pillar-setting table.
Capacity compared with JET 24
The JET 24 model PDF lists 3 m / 600 kg, 120 W and 1.3 / 2.0 cm/s. These differ from COUPER 24’s 2 m / 250 kg, 85 W and 1.3 / 1.6 cm/s rows. Motor power alone does not establish torque, gate travel time or whether one motor can replace the other on an existing installation. Select the model against leaf weight and site geometry.
G24 board and installation
The G24 diagram in the COUPER manual labels terminals 62/63 for a 24 V battery. This does not establish that a battery or charger is included in every kit. Have a qualified team match the actual board and motor revisions, photocells, attachment points and leaf movement to a current installation drawing. Do not infer all required clearance from the 780 mm motor-body length alone.

What leaf is COUPER 24 suited to, and when should you move to JET 24?
Some capacity or performance values differ between the available local documents. Do not select the model from a single disputed figure. Match the model label to a current manufacturer document before installation, then verify leaf weight, dimensions and duty on site.

The motor body is 780 mm long, so how much space is needed for mounting?
The model-specific PDF lists body dimensions of 100 × 104 × 780 mm and motor weight of 6 kg. Body dimensions alone do not establish the mounting clearance or opening angle. Because this manual gives no 90°/100°/110° angles or A–E pillar-setting recipe, check attachment points and leaf movement against a current installation drawing on site.
