Overview
Dinamix 4000 and 5000 are the standard industrial solution of the r-tec barrier family. The classic variant without DinamixBar’s premium LED bar; with 4.25 m and 5.25 m arm length, they control vehicle flow at car park, factory entrance, shopping mall and estate entries and exits. They share the same 230 VAC + 24 VDC + 190 W common hardware with the entire Dinamix/DinamixBar family — dealer stock and service strategy remains simple.

Classic barrier architecture
The Dinamix standard barrier is produced with a galvanised powder-coated body in RAL 7015 grey or RAL 2004 orange, most of it in 7015 grey. With its white hard plastic upper cover it offers a classic industrial look. A single-mode LED flasher on the upper cover blinks during barrier movement — warning signal to the driver. Red reflector on the lower strip of the arm reflects from headlights at night.
Smart passage integration (KGS / OGS)
A shared feature of the entire Dinamix/DinamixBar family. With the Open and Close dry contacts on the control board:
- KGS — Card access system (car park, closed estate, corporate entrance)
- OGS — Automatic passage system (highway toll, parking meter, plate recognition)
- Smart card systems — RFID, fingerprint, plate recognition cameras
- Remote control — 433 MHz rolling code
- Synchronised dual barrier — Entry + exit parallel single board
Safety and continuity
- Obstacle detection — Stops and reverses when object/vehicle detected on closing
- Soft start / soft stop — Ramp protecting mechanical components
- Photocell + glass fuse + current control — Triple protection
- Battery charger board (optional) — Operates during power outage
- Manual intervention — Body can be opened manually in emergency
Target projects
- Shopping mall and plaza car park entries
- Factory and industrial facility entrance control
- Closed estate, residence and plaza entries
- Logistics terminal and cargo distribution
- City car park + parking meter
- Corporate campus vehicle control
Archived document scope
Expired GAC-352/25 Attestation of Conformity includes Dinamix 5000 and Dinamix 4000 in its exact model list and covers 13 January 2025–12 January 2026. It is not a CE declaration of conformity or CE certificate, reports no production assessment, and states that the CE declaration of conformity is to be completed separately by the manufacturer.
Expired SATSO / TOBB Domestic Product record 20221188100199 also lists Dinamix 5000 and Dinamix 4000 for the product BARRIER; it states a 100% rate and a validity period of 8 September 2022–8 September 2023. The current manufacturer conformity file and domestic-contribution status of the proposed model are verified separately.
Field discipline
- Arm level adjustment — When barrier is closed, arm should be horizontal (parallel to ground); inclined position causes spring + lap wear
- Spring balance check — Spring tension inside arm checked every 6 months; loose spring causes heavy movement during opening
- Reflector cleaning — Red strip visibility decreases under heavy dust/dirt; wipe every 3 months
- Periodic maintenance — Once every 12 months reducer + current board + safety chain check
- Correct model selection — 4000 vs 5000 based on passage width; too small a barrier causes heavy closing
In which sectors is it used?

Frequently Asked Questions
Below we've compiled the most common questions and answers regarding this product.
-
How do you choose between arm lengths of 4.25 m and 5.25 m?
The choice follows the passage width, but the arm length is not taken as equal to it. The barrier body sits at the edge of the lane and the arm needs to leave some allowance on the far side when closed; without that allowance the arm cannot rest on the opposite kerb or its support post. On single-lane standard vehicle passages 4.25 m is the typical solution, while a wide lane or truck access calls for 5.25 m. Above 5.25 m, the telescopic-arm Dinamix 6000 and 7000 take over.
-
What is the difference between Dinamix and DinamixBar?
The mechanical and motor side is common: a 230 V supply, a 24 V DC brushless 190 W motor, a stainless steel gearbox, an IP44 housing and auto-close adjustable between 5 and 90 seconds. The difference is the visibility hardware; DinamixBar comes with LED bar trim along the arm, while Dinamix is the industrial variant without it. On factory and warehouse entrances the LED bar is a preference rather than a requirement, which makes Dinamix the more economical answer. On projects where visibility is prominent, such as car parks and plazas, the LED variant is preferred.
