Overview

DinamixBar WM 3000 is a wall-mounted (Wall Mount) single-variant barrier. The barrier boom extends horizontally directly from the wall instead of a vertical column. Designed for narrow entrances without room for a standard column barrier, side corridor applications and aesthetically-prioritised indoor spaces. With 3-second opening it is the fastest model of the r-tec barrier family; creates a visible flow difference in heavy but narrow transits.

Hybrid product — barrier or garden gate motor

The control unit of WM 3000 is the G24 multi-product platform. The same motor + control combination can be registered to the following product types via the BT2 program type selection button:

  • Barrier — Standard use, the integrated LED on the top cover does not illuminate (the motor type LED is off in barrier mode).
  • Sliding garden gate motor — Garden gate operation with a single motor + rail system.
  • Swing garden gate motor — On single or double-leaf swing gates (with 2nd motor add-on board).
  • Sectional door motor — Garage or small industrial sectional door drive.

This simplifies dealer stock strategy — a single model covers four different applications.

G24 control unit — basic information

  • 4 trimpots: T1 motor power, T2 automatic closing time, T3 slowdown speed, T4 operating speed.
  • 2 buttons: BT1 limit auto-learn (not used in barrier mode), BT2 motor type selection.
  • 7 DIP switches: Automatic closing, photocell 2 activation, motor direction, mechanical/electronic limit switch selection.
  • Modular board slots: RF433-S (rolling-code remote receiver), G24-FLA/F (flasher), G24-FLA/E (traffic light + flasher + electric lock combo board).
  • Dual photocell channels: Separate photocell line for opening and closing directions.

Visual and lighting

WM 3000, unlike the RAL 7015 grey / RAL 2004 orange body colours of the standard Dinamix and DinamixBar series, comes with black body + red LED stripe on the top cover. Provides aesthetic harmony for modern lobby, office indoor, plaza entrance and premium car park applications.

Target projects

  • Side corridor and narrow entrance car parks
  • In-lobby vehicle transit control (hotel, plaza, corporate campus)
  • Historical building entrances that do not allow column installation
  • Automation need in narrow garden gates (multi-product mode)
  • Aesthetic emphasis in premium residential estates

Smart access integration

Thanks to the Open/Close dry contacts on the control board, it operates with KGS, OGS, RFID, plate recognition and 433 MHz rolling-code remote receiver. Synchronised double barrier is supported (parallel applications of entry + exit).

Safety

  • Trap detection and dual photocell channel protection.
  • Soft start / soft stop — Soft landing even in fast 3-second opening.
  • Glass fuse + current control — Motor and board under triple protection.
  • Manual intervention — The barrier boom can be opened manually during power outage.

Certification

CE Declaration of Conformity GAC-352/23 (Global Certification Network, 08.12.2023) — 2014/30/EU EMC + 2006/42/EC Machinery Safety, IP44 protection. Test reference TS EN 61000 family, TS EN 55011 and TS EN 60204-1.

Model notes

Before wall installation, the wall’s load capacity and fixing points must be checked; the body is fixed to a building material that has sufficient strength for screwdriver and dowel support. In barrier mode, the BT1 limit learning button is not used — the limit time is set indirectly via the T2 trimpot. When switching to multi-product mode, the motor type LED signals status according to different lighting patterns (barrier = off, sliding = steady-interval, swing = steady, sectional = fast-interval).

In which sectors is it used?

This product family is preferred in the sectors and application areas below.

  • Indoor car park entrance
  • Passage under a building
  • Narrow entry corridor

Frequently Asked Questions

Below we've compiled the most common questions and answers regarding this product.

  • When is a wall-mounted barrier the advantage?

The WM 3000 body mounts to a wall, so no separate concrete plinth or post has to be cast. That is a clear advantage where there is structure on both sides of the passage: enclosed car park entrances, passages under buildings, and narrow entry corridors with no room for a plinth. The arm is 3.25 m with a 3 second opening time, so it is designed for narrow single-lane passages. It is a precondition that the wall can carry the leverage load of the arm; on hollow brickwork, a load-bearing surface must be prepared for the anchors.

  • What is the multi-product mode for?

WM 3000 runs on the G24 control unit with its modular card slot, and that card supports barrier, sliding gate, swing gate and sectional door modes. The practical benefit is on the dealer side: commissioning different product types from one card family reduces both the variety of boards held in stock and the number of interfaces to learn. The board draws 1.1 to 5 A with an output of 85 to 550 W, and the mode is selected within that range according to what the motor needs. With the wrong mode selected the door does not run properly, so the mode setting is the first item to verify at commissioning.
