Overview

Dinamix 6000 and 7000 are the long-arm industrial solution of the r-tec barrier family. With 6.25 m and 7.25 m arm length, they control vehicle flow at double-lane car parks, logistics terminal vehicle queues, highway tolls and wide facility entries. Thanks to the telescopic arm mechanism, depot + transport + field balancing is easy — the barrier is extended and locked during installation.

Expired SATSO / TOBB Domestic Product record 20221188100199 lists Dinamix 6000 for the product BARRIER; Dinamix 7000 does not appear in that record. It states a 100% rate and a validity period of 8 September 2022–8 September 2023.   • How does the telescopic arm on Dinamix 7000 work?

    The arm on the 7000 reaches 7.25 m by adding a 1 m telescopic extension to the 6.25 m main arm. The extension is not a fixed add-on but a part that sits within the arm and is set to the length needed during installation, so the same product adapts to openings between 6.25 m and 7.25 m. That range is what dual-lane passages and truck entrances require. As the arm extends, droop at the tip and the effect of wind both increase, so the support post and arm balance must be adjusted separately during installation.

  • Why is the opening time longer on a long arm?

    Where Dinamix 4000 raises its arm in 3.5 to 4 seconds, on the 6000 and 7000 that becomes 4 to 7 seconds, while motor power is 190 W on all three. The reason is the moment of inertia growing with arm length: accelerating a longer arm with the same force takes longer, and because the linear speed at the tip is higher, the load at the moment of stopping is greater. Forcing the time creates fatigue at the arm mounting and in the gearbox. Where the total passage time needs shortening, the answer is to reduce the auto-close delay rather than to force arm speed.
