Overview
Dinamix 6000 and 7000 are the long-arm industrial solution of the r-tec barrier family. With 6 m and 7.25 m arm length, they control vehicle flow at double-lane car parks, logistics terminal vehicle queues, highway tolls and wide facility entries. Thanks to the telescopic arm mechanism, depot + transport + field balancing is easy — the barrier is extended and locked during installation.

Telescopic arm — why?
A single-piece 7 m barrier arm creates serious difficulty in depot + transport + field balancing:
- Depot — 7 m arm must be stored uncoiled; depot space loss
- Transport — 7 m horizontal package requires large truck, cost
- Field balance — Single-piece 7 m arm loads on motor + reducer + bearing investment
The telescopic version comes in 2 pieces:
- Main arm — 6 m portion fixed
- Extension (telescopic) — 1.25 m extension, locked during installation

Smart passage integration
Same KGS / OGS / RFID / plate recognition compatibility as the entire Dinamix family. On single-phase supply, single barrier or synchronised dual barrier (entry + exit parallel) is driven on a single board.

Field discipline
- Telescopic locking — Telescopic lock pin must be fully seated during field installation; loose pin risks arm flying off during opening
- Arm balance — Balance spring tension is set tighter on long arm than standard arm
- Reflector quality — Night visibility is critical on 6-7 m arm; worn reflector renewed every 6 months
- Drive speed calibration — Long arm opens slowly; hard speed setting = arm breakage risk
- Periodic maintenance — Once every 6 months spring + reflector + reducer check (tighter than standard Dinamix)
- Correct sizing — Selecting an arm larger than the passage is unnecessary cost; smaller arm causes heavy closing
