Overview
DinamixBar 6000 and 7000 are high-segment premium barrier pairs in 6.25 m and 7.25 m telescopic boom lengths. Designed for double-lane entrances where single-lane transit is insufficient, wide entrance gates, highway toll booths and special road control points. They share the same mechanical infrastructure as the standard Dinamix 6000–7000; they offer premium visual hardware with 24 V LED strip in the boom lower seal and multi-mode traffic light on the top cover.
Telescopic boom — what does it mean?
A 7-metre straight aluminium boom creates significant difficulty in transport, storage and field balance. The telescopic version reaches a total length of 7.25 metres with a 6-metre base boom on the barrier body + a 1.25-metre extension that is extended and locked during installation (in the 6000 model, the same structure extends to 6.25 m). Benefits:
- Compact transport: Shipment with a standard 6-metre crate-pallet.
- Flexible installation: Fine tuning of the boom length according to site conditions.
- Service convenience: Separate spare-part replacement of the damaged extension part.
Visual and lighting system
24 V boom lower LED + multi-mode top cover (red/green): Red LED illuminates during opening and closing movements, green LED during the fully open + automatic closing waiting time. Provides remotely visible status notification for the driver in wide-opening transits — no need to connect a separate traffic light.
Smart access and operation
In wide-opening applications, the following systems are usually set up together:
- OGS (automatic access) — Plate reading + barrier integration in highway toll and special road control.
- Synchronised double barrier — Parallel control from a single board for two barriers in the highway entry and exit lanes.
- Smart card + RFID + plate recognition — Multi-access method at industrial facility main entrances.
- Traffic light add-on module — Stop/go signal 10-30 m before the barrier (safety at high-speed approach).
- Battery charger board (optional) — Continuity of transit during power outage (critical for airports, hospitals, logistics).
Safety
- Trap detection: Trap sensitivity can also be adjusted at wide opening; when an object is detected, the barrier immediately reverses.
- Speed control: Hard landing risk is high at wide opening; soft start / soft stop + end-of-close softening is standard.
- Beacon warning lamp: The approach signal is reinforced with the optional beacon lamp.
- Glass fuse + current control: The board and motor are under triple protection in case of overload.
- Manual intervention: The barrier boom can be opened manually during power outage.
Target projects
- Double-lane factory main entry-exit
- Highway toll booths and special road control points
- Corporate campus and airport with wide entrance gates
- Logistics terminal truck transits (wider than 4 m)
- Port and organised industrial zone entry control points
Archived document scope
Expired GAC-352/25 Attestation of Conformity includes DinamixBar 7000 and DinamixBar 6000 in its exact model list and covers 13 January 2025–12 January 2026. It is not a CE declaration of conformity or CE certificate, reports no production assessment, and states that the CE declaration of conformity is to be completed separately by the manufacturer.
Expired SATSO / TOBB Domestic Product record 20221188100199 lists Dinamix Bar 6000 for the product BARRIER; DinamixBar 7000 does not appear in that record. It states a 100% rate and a validity period of 8 September 2022–8 September 2023. The current manufacturer conformity file and domestic-contribution status of the proposed model are verified separately.
Model notes
In long-boom applications, the mechanical hard-stop and electrical limit must be checked together. The tightness of the lock screws at the extension point of the telescopic boom must be checked at every maintenance cycle; a loose lock can cause vibration-related extension play and cable fatigue on the LED seal. Speed and braking adjustments are made in site trials according to the torque table in the technical PDF.
Frequently Asked Questions
Below we've compiled the most common questions and answers regarding this product.
-
DinamixBar LED bar is partially or completely off
Possible causes: LED power cable broken or loose, LED bar fuse blown, controller malfunction, LED segment wear (long-term heavy use). Initial intervention: observe the LED bar segments during the barrier arm opening/closing cycle (whether the whole bar or a single segment is off), visually check the LED power terminal and fuse on the control board. Complete LED bar replacement must be done with the manufacturer-approved set; an equivalent LED strip may affect the control board due to voltage or frequency incompatibility.
