Overview
DinamixBar 4000 and 5000 are a premium barrier pair in 4.25 m and 5.25 m boom lengths. The mechanical platform is shared with the standard Dinamix series; the difference is in the visual equipment: a 24 V LED strip in the lower seal of the boom, a multi-mode traffic light on the top cover, and a RAL 9006 grey aesthetic top cover. With opening times starting from 3.5 seconds, they offer both speed and night visibility at high-traffic corporate entrances.
Visual and lighting system
Boom lower seal (24 V LED strip): The strip LED integrated into the lower surface of the boom provides reflector-independent visibility in night conditions and also creates emphasis along with the brand logo.
Top cover traffic light (red/green multi-mode): During barrier opening and closing movements red LED illuminates; when the boom reaches the fully open position and during the automatic closing waiting time, it transitions to green LED. This serves as an open transit notification for the user — there is no need to connect a separate traffic light.
Smart access integration
Thanks to the Open and Close dry contacts on the control unit, it connects directly to the following systems:
- KGS (card access system)
- OGS (automatic access system)
- RFID, fingerprint reader, plate recognition cameras
- 433 MHz rolling-code remote control (2,000 to 240,000 copies capacity)
- Synchronised double barrier (highway and double-lane entry-exit)
Safety
- Trap detection: When an object/vehicle is seen in the closing direction, the barrier stops and reverses to the opening direction; after the object clears, it closes automatically. On detection in the opening direction the boom stops immediately.
- Glass fuse + current control: When overcurrent is drawn, the board and motor are protected by the fuse + control circuit.
- Soft start / soft stop: Deceleration is applied at the end of opening and closing against hard impacts.
- Manual intervention + battery charger board (optional): Manual opening + battery supply for uninterrupted operation during power outages.
- Photocell support: Separate photocell channels in the closing and opening directions are supported (G24 board 2 photocell terminals).
Target projects
- Plaza and shopping centre car parks (4–5 m lane width)
- Closed estate entry-exit (with RFID integration)
- Factory main entry-exit (high-traffic corporate emphasis)
- Hospital, hotel and airport VIP entry points
Archived document scope
Expired GAC-352/25 Attestation of Conformity includes DinamixBar 5000 and DinamixBar 4000 in its exact model list and covers 13 January 2025–12 January 2026. It is not a CE declaration of conformity or CE certificate, reports no production assessment, and states that the CE declaration of conformity is to be completed separately by the manufacturer.
Expired SATSO / TOBB Domestic Product record 20221188100199 also lists Dinamix Bar 5000 and Dinamix Bar 4000 for the product BARRIER; it states a 100% rate and a validity period of 8 September 2022–8 September 2023. The current manufacturer conformity file and domestic-contribution status of the proposed model are verified separately.
Model notes
The boom kit, fork foot and the torque table showing balance are in the technical PDF. The boom can be mounted to the right or left; the entry-exit direction and the location of the electrical panel are determined at project stage. Because the same G24 control board is used as the standard Dinamix family, the control part is shared at existing Dinamix sites — the dealer stock strategy remains simple.
Frequently Asked Questions
Below we've compiled the most common questions and answers regarding this product.
-
DinamixBar LED bar is partially or completely off
Possible causes: LED power cable broken or loose, LED bar fuse blown, controller malfunction, LED segment wear (long-term heavy use). Initial intervention: observe the LED bar segments during the barrier arm opening/closing cycle (whether the whole bar or a single segment is off), visually check the LED power terminal and fuse on the control board. Complete LED bar replacement must be done with the manufacturer-approved set; an equivalent LED strip may affect the control board due to voltage or frequency incompatibility.
