Scope of the model documents
This r-tec PULL family page draws on two distinct sources: the PULL1000 installation/programming manual and the PULL1200/PULL1200L technical sheet. Both describe a chain-and-rail/console layout. Lighting, radio frequency, manual release and dimensions must not be presented as identical across every model. Confirm the offered drive, door and rail arrangement against the exact model document.
What the PULL1000 manual documents
The PULL1000 table lists 1,000 N force, a 24 VDC motor and a 433.92 MHz rolling-code remote. Its instructions describe the LED display, a lamp during opening and closing, and manual release. The editions disagree on light duration: the Turkish manual page 2 states 3 seconds, while the full English manual page 2 states three minutes; no exact duration is published without checking the model revision. The safety photocell, wall button, external receiver and flasher are optional connections. Manual release is documented, but no particular release cord is established as standard across the family.
The supply row reads 220 VAC (±10%), but prints an inconsistent unit for mains frequency. Therefore, this page does not publish a mains-frequency value. Check the current model nameplate and approved manual before electrical work.
What differs on PULL1200 and PULL1200L
Their joint sheet lists 230 V supply, 24 VDC motor, 120 W and 1,200 N for both models. It describes a built-in control unit and receiver plus a chain mechanism, but gives no receiver MHz value or the PULL1000 lighting and release arrangement. For PULL1200, console length is 3,100 mm and maximum door height 2,500 mm; for PULL1200L, they are 3,700 mm and 3,100 mm. Console length and door height are separate measurements.
Installation and fault checks
The PULL1000 troubleshooting table names a slack chain and its M8 nut for chain noise. For a working wall button but inactive remote, it names lock mode, pairing and battery as checks. These are possible PULL1000 checks, not a conclusive diagnosis for every drive. A qualified person should assess adjustments, wiring and door balance using the current instructions for the exact model. Neither PULL document specifies an industrial drive or I-380 controller as a mandatory alternative.
