r-tec Automatic Door Wing Kits

Overview

r-tec automatic door wing kits offer the complete wing system working with R2 control board + r-tec automatic door driver ready for the field. Glass + aluminium profile + connection parts come as a modular kit; our dealers cut to site dimensions and configure the combination. A compatible solution with slim profile aesthetics at shopping mall, office, hospital, hotel and retail entrances.

Kit contents

A wing kit includes the following components:

• Glass panel — 10 mm or 12 mm tempered; cut to site dimensions
• Aluminium upper + lower profile — Anodised finish, RAL colour optional
• Side profiles (vertical) — Frames glass panel, sits on guide rails
• Upper guide rail — For motorised sliding movement
• Lower guide rail — For silent + swing-free movement
• Connection parts — Corner pieces, screw + nut set, gasket
• Edge rubber — Pinch-protected soft edge (safety)

Separate field supply: Motor driver, R2 control board, photocells (separate items).

Chassis variants

Slim profile aesthetics

Automatic door wing profile is divided into two aesthetic classes:

• Standard profile — 40-50 mm width, traditional look
• r-tec slim profile — 25-30 mm width, modern minimal look

The slim profile maximises glass visibility; preferred at showroom, luxury hotel, premium office entrances. Structural strength is preserved — aluminium profile is 6063-T5 class, tempered glass 10/12 mm.

R2 control board compatibility

All wing kits work with the r-tec R2 control board. Standard parameters of R2:

• 23 parameters — Speed, deceleration, closing time, photocell sensitivity
• 12 fault code LEDs — Field diagnostics
• 5-mode function selector — Automatic / external manual / internal manual / continuous open / closed
• Service counter — Periodic maintenance warning in 5K-200K cycle range
• Backup battery compatibility — Works 30-150 cycles during power outage

For high-traffic entrances (airport, large mall), 12 mm tempered glass provides impact resistance and long life. 10 mm sufficient for standard office and retail.

• Site survey — Passage width + wall clearance + ceiling height measured; configuration determined
• Glass dimension precision — ± 2 mm tolerance with site dimension; wrong dimension = glass renewal cost
• Profile colour selection — RAL colour + anodised finish coordinated with building architecture
• Edge rubber check — Pinch-protected rubber visually checked once every 12 months; replaced if worn
• Glass cleaning maintenance — Glass surface + upper/lower guide rail cleaning every 3 months; monthly for dusty environments
• Mandatory dealer configuration — Single/double/telescopic selection + glass thickness + profile colour configured by our dealers after site survey
