NORMPANEL is a family of sectional door panels with polyurethane fill between galvanized steel sheets. The REV05 technical specification states a 40 mm panel thickness and 40 kg/m³ fill density. That density describes the fill material; it is not a thermal or acoustic rating for a completed door.
Dimensions and finishes
The REV05 specification lists panel heights of 460, 500, 560 and 610 mm. RAL 9002 is the standard colour; other RAL colours can be considered on request. Flat, curved and ribbed panel patterns appear as examples in the document. A historical technical-detail drawing shows panel codes, but it is not a present stock list or an inventory of every code-height-colour combination.
Confirm the panel code, height, surface and colour against the chosen door dimensions and current quotation drawing. A listed height does not mean it is available for every profile or door type.
Performance and fit
The REV05 clauses on wind, water and air permeability refer to the operating complete door. A polyurethane fill density of 40 kg/m³ does not prove those door classes. Check the specimen, size and hardware scope of the applicable performance declaration separately.
Select the panel edge geometry and fit with a NORMTOR system using a project drawing that includes hinges, tracks, springs and seals. Historical codes in the technical-detail sheet do not promise a current sales variant or automatic fit with every door.
TEBAR report R2600625, dated 22 September 2026, measures thermal conductivity under TS EN 12667 for PUR foam specimen N2600206 submitted for Alkur. The report names no product brand. Its result is not a U-value for a NORMPANEL panel or complete door. The originally supplied source filename refers to N2600197 while the report identifies N2600206; use the identifier inside the report.

What do panel thickness and polyurethane density mean?
The REV05 specification gives a 40 mm panel thickness and polyurethane fill density of 40 kg/m³ between galvanized sheets. Density describes the fill material; it does not by itself prove the thermal, acoustic, air or water performance of a panel or a completed door.

Which colours and surfaces are offered?
REV05 identifies RAL 9002 as the standard colour and allows other RAL colours on request. The document gives examples of flat, curved and ribbed surface patterns. It does not establish a current stock inventory of exactly seven colours or seven surfaces.

Which panel heights are available?
REV05 lists 460, 500, 560 and 610 mm heights. This does not show that every panel code is made in every height or establish present delivery availability. Confirm the exact dimension and code against the selected variant drawing and quotation.

How should finger-safe edges be assessed?
Check the edge geometry in the drawing of the selected panel profile. A surface-pattern name alone does not guarantee prevention of trapping; safety of the complete door depends on its configuration and use conditions.

Select the panel together with door dimensions, hinges, tracks, springs and seals. The general NORMPANEL brochure does not guarantee direct fit for every panel code and NORMTOR configuration or spare-part availability. Verify fit against the project drawing.
