r-tec Automation Portfolio: Product Groups and Selection

An entrance project can combine a pedestrian door, a vehicle gate, a barrier and a charging point. r-tec covers these requirements through separate product groups. Start by defining the purpose and operating intensity of each passage.

Automatic pedestrian doors

Door arrangement, opening and approach space are considered together. The R2 manual distinguishes mains input from motor voltage. A control unit’s features do not establish all the properties of a hermetic, revolving or telescopic mechanism; match the selected door system to its own documentation.

Industrial and garage door drives

Motors, control boards and complete drive packages are different product types. Select torque, limit system, supply and duty together. SIRIUS, RAPID, PULL and the relevant control units therefore have separate documents. A motor and a board appearing in the same range does not establish a compatible package.

Sliding and swing gate motors

The current sliding range has two groups:

• 220 V group: HITIT 500, HITIT 1000, HITIT 1500 and SAKA 3000FU.
• 24 V group: HATTI 524HS, HATTI 1200HS and HATTI 1800HS.

These labels identify the motor group. Mains input, board supply and motor output must also be checked for the ordered configuration. Speed and load capacity are not inferred from a model number. Swing gate drives form a separate family.

FRIG and TROYA barriers

Choices are FRIG 4000–5000, FRIG 6000–7000, TROYA 4000–5000 and TROYA 6000–7000. Plan the boom, clear passage and detection together. Former names are not offered as a second choice for the same product.

Electric vehicle charging

WCU-22 Wallbox is a fixed AC unit; WCU-11 Portable is portable. Design charging circuits and protection separately from gate automation. Check vehicle compatibility, supply and any management function against the ordered model.

Define each system in the quotation

A quotation prepared through the project partner should identify each model, supply, safety equipment and document revision. G24 is considered only for documented compatible 24 V DC applications. A shared brand does not imply a shared board, spare part or warranty condition. Current product pages and documents provide the starting point for the project file.
