What Kind of Management Philosophy Is ISO 9001:2015? Alkur's Beyond-the-Certificate Approach

Alkur’s quality approach includes explaining what a document verifies as well as sharing its dates. Our ISO 9001:2015 document defines management-system scope; product performance is assessed through the relevant technical documents.

What does the current document state?

Copy A1901027, issued by Belcert International Certification, states that Alkur has established an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system for the activities listed. It records an issue date of 30 June 2026, validity until 30 June 2027 and a one-year certificate period.

The note makes validity conditional on maintaining an effective management system and carrying out surveillance on time. Activity scope and validity conditions provide the information a partner can use when assessing the management system.

Assess quality through the project

Our quality and management policy brings together customer and employee satisfaction, personnel development, responsible resource use and continual improvement. Matching product choice to project needs is a concrete starting point. A certificate alone cannot resolve unclear opening dimensions, site conditions, operating profiles or proposed equipment.

Assess a door or panel against its current technical documentation. Motor and controller compatibility is a separate question. When dimensions, materials or equipment change, a previous specimen’s test result is not automatically transferred to the new configuration. The document a partner uses must match the product being offered.

Feedback and improvement

When assessing a nonconformity, identify the expected property, the observed condition and the relevant product information together. That makes it possible to examine which requirement was not met rather than leaving the matter as a general complaint. A proposed correction and a completed corrective action are different: a specific incident should not be described as resolved without a record of the work.
