TROYA 4000-5000 is part of the r-tec barrier range for managing vehicle access at car parks and facility entrances. Cars, pedestrians and service traffic may share the same approach. Barrier selection considers that flow together with the entrance width and the arm’s movement area.

Model technical details

The TROYA 4000-5000 manual lists a 230 VAC mains input, a 24 VDC motor supply and 190 W power. The 4000 model has a 4.25 m arm and a 4 s opening time; the 5000 has a 5.25 m arm and a 5 s opening time. Assess these values alongside the installation conditions for the selected model.

Choosing for your project

First measure the clear opening and the space available for the cabinet. Check overhead clearance, height restrictions and traffic direction. Choose arm length, opening time and equipment from the current technical table for the model. A number in the model name is not, by itself, an exact arm measurement or operating time.

Installation and use

Plan the controller, photocells, vehicle detection and other safety devices together. If the entrance will use card access, remote controls or another access system, share its connection requirements when requesting a quotation. A qualified team installs and commissions the barrier according to the model’s instructions. Check the movement area and safety responses before use. For maintenance or support, send the model details to the dealer or business partner that installed the system.
