Frequently asked short answers
The most asked topics before contact. You can browse our separate page for the full FAQ.
- How long is the quote turnaround?
- For standard products, we respond within 1 business day; for project-specific solutions, within 2 – 3 business days. Sharing dimensions and location information shortens the time.
- Who should you contact for purchases, services and support?
- Alkur Kapı Sistemleri is a manufacturer operating exclusively on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. All sales, supply and after-sales processes are handled through our dealers, distributors and business partners. We do not sell products or provide services or technical support directly to end users. For product purchases, please contact our dealers, distributors or business partners in your area. For service or support relating to an existing product, please contact the partner dealer who carried out the installation first. If that channel cannot provide support, please contact our dealers, distributors or business partners in your city, district, region or country. Requests requiring manufacturer assessment are submitted to us by your dealer, distributor or business partner.
- How do we proceed with a document and certificate request?
- Our Certificates & Documents page separates current records from historical records and shows each record's type, scope, dates and PDF where available. Before official use, verify that the scope matches the proposed product and confirm validity with the relevant regulator or certification body.
- Do you offer on-site surveys or site visits?
- No. Alkur does not provide site visits, on-site surveys or on-site technical service. Measurement and survey are carried out by your own authorized technical team running the project; our technical service only handles products delivered to us. Submitting your project dimensions and product information via the form supports an initial assessment; a firm quote requires complete, confirmed technical information for the selected model.
