r-tec G24: One Brain for Five Motors

The most valuable thing in a field technician’s bag is not a tool; it is simplicity. Carrying a separate board, a separate parameter set and separate spare stock for every motor family crowds both the dealer’s shelf and the technician’s mind. The G24 universal control board was developed against that crowd.
One board, many scenarios
The G24 is designed with universal compatibility for 24 VDC systems. The predefined scenarios of the KING, Couper and Prince motor series ship inside the board: at installation, instead of wrestling with a long parameter list, the relevant scenario is selected and the system takes on its character. From sliding gates to swing gates, different applications meet on the same board platform.
LCD display: Knowledge, not guesswork
Parameter programming happens on the LCD display. In the field this translates to: a setting is verified by eye rather than by guess, a change made at commissioning can be read on the screen, and what the board says at the moment of a fault is unambiguous. Remote-control learning runs through the same interface; a bluetooth option is offered separately for hard-to-reach installation points.
Protection: The board’s silent duty
Current, temperature and phase protection functions are standard equipment on the G24. When the motor strains, the line heats up or the supply degrades, the board pulls the system into protection — guarding the expensive motor, and the even more expensive continuity of the operation.
Simplicity on the dealer’s shelf
Perhaps the least discussed benefit of a universal board is logistics: a single spare board stock for five different motor types. For our dealers this means higher readiness with smaller stock; for project firms, the same familiar control platform whichever motor is installed.
The best advertisement for a control board is never hearing its name: the scenario loads, the gate runs, nobody thinks about the board. The technical document is ready on the product page; we can talk through the configuration for your motor range together.
