NORMTOR Industrial Sectional: Portrait of the Flagship

Every product range has a reference point; the model the others measure themselves against. Ours is the NORMTOR industrial sectional door: the sum of more than thirty years of experience on the dispatch facades of factories, warehouses and logistics terminals.
The panel: A summary in four numbers
The door’s body is a 40 mm sandwich panel: polyurethane core at 40 kg/m³ between two steel skins. The certified outputs of this construction are clear — U = 0.604 W/m²K thermal transmittance and R’w = 26 dB sound reduction. The tongue-and-groove edge geometry establishes thermal continuity between panels; EPDM seals keep their flexibility down to -30 °C. Insulation here is not a marketing adjective; it is a measurement report.
The certificate: An independent eye’s approval
The NORMTOR industrial sectional is certified under EN 13241-1; its wind resistance reaches Class 3 under EN 12424, verified by independent testing (SP Sweden). Certification is completed through TÜV NORD CERT audits; a CE Declaration of Conformity and the technical file travel with every delivery. From public tender specifications to corporate procurement, the file is ready for every table.
The drive: A ready pairing with SIRIUS
The door ships automation-ready with the r-tec SIRIUS motor series: the 100 Nm class for standard openings, the 140 Nm class for hangar scale, and on the control side a factory-approved pairing with the I-380 three-phase unit. Calculating the motor-door match from a single source eliminates the “motor can’t pull the door” surprise back at the quotation stage.
For whom, for what?
Wide openings, intensive dispatch traffic, and external facades where insulation and security are demanded at once — those are the flagship’s waters. For garage scale, the family’s garage series steps in; for shop-window needs, Full Vision.
“Flagship” is a bold word; but we don’t know what else to call thirty years of dispatch-facade experience gathered into one product. All the technical data is on the product page — for your project, the floor is yours.
