Our 5,000 m² Hendek Facility: Production and Quality Approach

Our 5,000 m² facility in Hendek/Sakarya is one of Alkur’s corporate centres for door and panel production. Production starts with the dimensions and configuration required by a partner’s project. Project information, product choice and the quality approach provide the basis for assessing production.

Project information defines the configuration

NORMTOR sectional doors, ALKUR HPVC and NORMPANEL products have different constructions. Clear opening, installation space, operating intensity and site conditions are considered together. One product’s dimensions or motor cannot be transferred automatically to every project. Specifying the panel, windows, wicket door and automation in the offered configuration defines the solution the partner will install.

For example, the spiral HPVC specification describes fabric wrapping around a 125 mm diameter specially profiled aluminium tube. This is a description of that construction; it does not establish a common mechanism for every HPVC model. The folding variant’s fabric and gathering arrangement have a separate document. Read the current product documentation with the project drawing when confirming dimensions and equipment.

Quality approach and documentary scope

Our quality approach begins with defining the project requirement, matching the product choice to it and assessing evidence within its actual scope. Belcert’s A1901027 ISO 9001:2015 document concerns the quality management system for the activities listed. It states validity from 30 June 2026 to 30 June 2027, subject to maintaining an effective system and completing surveillance on time.

Dimensions, materials, motors and controllers require technical documents; test results require a report identifying the specimen and its configuration.

Current documents and archive records

Sources include the new NORMTOR manufacturer declaration and the 2017–2020 EAC and 2023–2024 domestic-goods archives. The undated, unnumbered new declaration does not renew those archives. These differ from ISO 9001; model conformity and domestic contribution are assessed in their own scope.

Alkur works through dealers, distributors and business partners in a B2B model. Product choice, production scope and dispatch planning for a project should be confirmed with the relevant partner at quotation stage. Requests about the facility or technical documentation are considered in that project context. Partners can request information about the facility and product documents.
