OKSİAD Board of Directors and President Visited Our Hendek Factory

Summary and notes
On Friday 24 April 2026, we hosted the Automatic Door Industrialists and Businessmen Association (OKSİAD) delegation at our Hendek/Sakarya production facility. The delegation included:
- Erhan Karabağ — Chairman of the Board of OKSİAD
- Semra Baklacıoğlu — Vice-Chair of the Board
- Yasemin Sancak — Secretary General
and members of the Board of Directors. The visit was shaped around three main themes: a site tour, on-site review of the production lines, and sectoral consultation.
Facility tour
The delegation toured the production flow at the Hendek facility step by step, starting from the entry point. The sectional door panel line, the rapid PVC (HPVC) door assembly area, the dock leveler manufacturing area and the r-tec automation board production workshop were the main stops of the visit. Our production engineers provided information about the equipment, capacity and quality control processes used at each station.
During the tour around the facility’s 5,000 m² indoor area, the panel press, extrusion line, paint shop and dispatch areas were inspected on site. The delegation followed the flow from raw material entry to dispatch on a single line.
On-site review of production lines
On the automation side, the test and quality approval processes of r-tec control boards were shown live. The electrical verification, EMC control and burn-in processes of the G24 universal control board, FU inverter HPVC control unit and the I380 three-phase board family on the test rigs were explained.
On the sectional door side, the NORMTOR panel line — 40 mm PU-filled sandwich panel production — drew the delegation’s interest. Panel surface quality, sealing and colour coating processes were observed. The special moulds used for the finger-safe variant of the NORMPANEL family were also introduced.
On the loading systems side, the NORMDOCK dock leveler and shelter production was shown; the welding station and hydraulic test area of the 6-ton and 9-ton capacity levelers were visited.
Sectoral consultation
In the meeting held after the tour, the agenda of the automatic door sector was addressed. The main topics of the meeting:
- Increasing the share of domestic production and opportunities for localisation in the spare-parts supply chain
- Sharing common experience among association members in the CE, EN 13241-1 and TÜV certification processes
- Creating sector-wide standards in field service and authorised dealer training
- Fair participation and joint representation at international showcases
