Put a Domestic Brand on the Shelf

This is not a sales text; it is an open call to our sector. In its clearest form, the sentence reads: add at least one domestic manufacturer next to the imported brands in your portfolio. It does not have to be ours — any domestic maker will do. Because this single decision is the greatest support that can be given to this country’s door and automation sector.
Why are we so sure?
Because we have seen this film before. There was a time when high-speed doors arrived in this country almost entirely as imports; today, in fabric doors, the picture has been reversed. Sectional doors walked the same road: when domestic panel production began, those who asked “can it be done?” now drive under doors built with those very panels. In automatic pedestrian doors, the weight of imports melted away over the years. None of these transformations happened by themselves — each carries the fingerprints of dealers, installers and project owners who said “let me also try this one” next to their imported brand.
Automation is the last link in that chain. A domestic range now exists, stretching from control boards to photocells, from flashers to barriers; the only thing missing is the space reserved for it on the shelves.
The right to say “I tried it, it wasn’t for me” is reserved
Our call is not a call for blind loyalty. Try it; if you don’t like it, say so. Praise and criticism enter through the same door for us — both are proof of engagement. What the domestic manufacturer expects from you is not favouritism but a level field: to stand on the same shelf, be tested on the same site, be judged by the same measure. If the product cannot defend itself, it will not keep its place on that shelf anyway.
We also know this: putting a newcomer next to a brand you have trusted for years means changing a habit, and changing habits has a cost. That is why this call is not addressed to you alone — the domestic manufacturer’s share of the deal is to make that transition easy: documentation ready, wiring explained on video, a voice at the end of the phone when asked. We have given that word for our own part — and we stand with every domestic manufacturer who gives it too.
The picture on the horizon
In the Türkiye we imagine, no foreign currency will need to leave the country for a barrier, a photocell or a remote control. Today that sentence is an aspiration; but the story of the fabric door and the sectional panel has shown us how aspirations turn into statistics. We will write that statistic together — starting the day you clear a space on your shelf for a domestic brand.
There is a fine Anatolian saying: when it rains, everyone gets wet. When domestic manufacturing grows, the winner is never a single company; the whole sector wins — through cheaper logistics, faster supply and a stronger seat at the negotiating table.
