How long is the quote turnaround?
For standard products, we respond within 1 business day; for project-specific solutions, within 2 – 3 business days. Sharing dimensions and location information shortens the time.
How is service and technical support called?
You can select "Technical support / Service" via the form, or directly call +90 264 654 58 50. Our technical service only handles products delivered to us; no on-site service or field intervention is provided.
How do we proceed with a document and certificate request?
Current copies of our EN 13241-1, CE, EAC, TÜV NORD, TÜV AUSTRIA and Turkish-made certificates can be viewed on our certificates page; an official copy can be requested via the form.
Do you offer on-site surveys or site visits?
No. Alkur does not provide site visits, on-site surveys or on-site technical service. Measurement and survey are carried out by your own authorized technical team running the project; our technical service only handles products delivered to us. Submitting your project dimensions and product information via the form is sufficient for a quote and referral.
