We rebuilt our site from scratch: the full product range published with technical data, bilingual content, fast pages. The short story of the decisions behind it.

Our New Website Is Live: What We Changed, and Why

A few days ago, at the end of a long preparation, we put our new website live. From the outside the change may look like design; from the inside, what really changed is our decision about what the site is for. The old site was a showroom window; we wanted the new one to be a reference source.

The entire range, with its technical data

The biggest effort went into content. From high-speed PVC doors to sectional systems, panels to dock levelers, and the r-tec automation family’s motors to its control boards — the entire product range is now published, each product on its own page with its specification table, feature list and documents. The goal was that every question a project team could answer without picking up the phone should be written on the site — from torque values to panel heights.

Two languages, one content discipline

The site is now live in Turkish and English at equal depth. That doesn’t mean “we translated the menus”; it means every piece of content, from product pages to publications, carries the same depth in both languages. We wanted our partners in export markets to work with technical data in their own language, not with screenshots of Turkish pages.

Speed, as a form of courtesy

Fast pages are not a point of technical pride; they are respect for the visitor. The new site runs on statically generated pages: the server doesn’t rebuild the page on every visit — it serves the ready page instantly. For a technician checking a specification table on their phone in the middle of a factory yard, that difference is not seconds; it is patience.

The short road from dimensions to quotation

The site’s most important function, for us, is shortening the quotation process. When you submit your opening dimensions and project details through the measurement form, the groundwork for a quotation is laid in a single step; we will also walk through the order process step by step in a separate post in the coming weeks.

The site is a living project; it will grow with publications, fair announcements and new product pages. If you spot something missing — or have a suggestion — you can share it with us: the window is ours, but the visitor is you.
